Mullingar Training Development Agency is a community based organisation which was established in 1986 and is now under the auspices of Longford/Westmeath Education and Training Board.
Located in the heart of Mullingar Town on Bishopsgate Street, the Agency which is commencing its 30th year of operation has changed and evolved to meet the ever changing needs of its learners and emerging labour market needs.

The Centre has capacity for 60 learners in-house and up to 10 learners on its L.W.E programme. Learners are paid a training allowance and where relevant a travel allowance.
T.D.A caters for learners from Mullingar town and its hinterland, including Ballinacarrigy, Kinnegad, Rochfortbridge, Milltownpass, Moyvore, Rathowen and Castlepollard.
